YogaNidra
A guided deep relaxation practice supporting rest, nervous system calm, and mental clarity. Sessions may include gentle preparation with simple movements.

Yoga Nidra is best experienced after some familiarity with basic Hatha Yoga practices. If you are new, you are welcome to begin with Hatha Yoga and gradually build towards Yoga Nidra when you feel ready.

Reiki Healing
A gentle energy-based practice supporting relaxation and emotional balance in a calm and private setting.
Duration per session: 45 – 60 mins
Fee: £30 per session / £100 for 4 sessions

Each Reiki session includes a short conversation to understand your intention and needs before the practice begins. While even a single session can be beneficial, for deeper support with a specific issue or intention, we recommend a series of at least 4 sessions, or more.
